Job summary

Education Training Collective is seeking a Group Student Recruitment Officer on a maternity cover basis to join our Marketing and Recruitment team. You will drive recruitment, build relationships with schools and external partners, and organise events to raise the college’s profile.

You will provide high-quality IAG to prospective students, collaborate with curriculum and support teams, and ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and precise administration.

Qualifications

• Good general education English and maths at level 2.
• Ability to work with schools, prospective students, parents and external partners.
• Strong IT and problem-solving skills required, plus accurate administration.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment to meet and exceed college enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, prospective students, parents, advisers and external partners.
• Organise and deliver recruitment events, outreach activities and promotional opportunities.
• Provide high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to prospective students, working with curriculum and support teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and accurate administration.
