Class Act Teaching Services, a leading education recruitment agency with 25 years of success, seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a busy education desk during maternity cover. You will manage end-to-end placements, build trusted school partnerships, and drive commercial results with strict safeguarding and compliance.

You’ll lead interviews, coordinate short- and long-term placements, and mentor colleagues.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, preferably education sector
• Strong communication with schools
• Excellent organisation and ability to juggle priorities
• Resilient, solutions-focused mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a high-performing education recruitment desk
• Build trusted relationships with schools and education professionals
• Coordinate daily, short-term, long-term and permanent placements
• Manage interviews, feedback, offers and candidate start
• Ensure safeguarding, right-to-work and AWR checks
