Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Student Recruitment Coordinator (maternity cover) in London. You will support student administration on Workday, assist onboarding for visiting and Crick programme students, and help with recruitment activities across summer, sandwich, PhD and clinical fellow programs.

You will coordinate interview logistics, travel, and expenses while acting as a first point of contact for candidates and colleagues.

Qualifications

• You will have excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of university admissions processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Workday for onboarding and recruitment tasks.
• Support onboarding and induction of visiting students and Crick programme students.
• Assist with summer, sandwich, PhD and clinical fellow recruitment advertising and systems.
• Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, travel and expenses.
