Job summary

UKCBC is seeking an engaging and proactive Student Recruitment Officer to support prospective students throughout their journey into higher education. The role focuses on building positive relationships, providing clear and timely advice and guidance, and helping prospective students make informed decisions.

You will work with the Marketing team to manage recruitment pipelines, deliver Open Days and outreach activities, and improve conversion while upholding UKCBC values and commitments to

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment or admissions within higher education or a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to provide information, guidance and advice to prospective students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage and advise prospective students throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage a pipeline from enquiry to application and support conversion targets.
• Coordinate Open Days, campus visits and outreach events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions and Student Support for a seamless student experience.
• Support widening participation and access to higher education.
