About the role

This post is available as a 9-month secondment. The post holder will play a key role in developing and executing communication and marketing strategies aimed at prospective students, ensuring alignment with faculty and university-wide standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring prospectus information complies with UCL and CMA regulations
  • Designing and producing marketing literature
  • Coordinating events, including virtual and on-campus open days
  • Managing the annual marketing plan for UG and PGT programmes
  • Producing and distributing promotional materials
  • Updating and maintaining department websites with course information, including content creation and multimedia management

About you

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Education to A level standard (Grade C or above) or relevant experience in writing and analysis
  • Understanding of digital marketing landscape, including SEO, paid activity, content, and social media
  • Experience liaising with external designers and printers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and diary management software
  • Strong communication skills tailored to various audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
