Job summary

The Weald School in West Sussex is seeking a flexible and capable individual to join our busy Student Reception. You will handle attendance administration, support the medical room, and help with first aid and medicines with full training provided.

This 34.5 hour per week, term-time role is permanent, with a salary on NJC Grade 5 scale (£27,274-£27,709 FTE; actual £21,420-£21,762). You will work with our pastoral support team to provide holistic support to students and ensure smooth daily

Qualifications

• Attendance administration and reporting.
• Managing the daily truancy call system.
• Supporting Student Reception.
• Providing First Aid and medical support to students (training provided).
