Job summary

South Wilts Grammar School seeks a friendly, reliable receptionist to cover the reception and medical room on a part-time basis as a job share during term time. You will handle enquiries from students, parents and the public, face-to-face, by phone and email, and support IT and administration.

You will be our first aider when students are unwell, and training can be provided for the right candidate. Role is on-site, 8:15am–4:15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with students, parents and public.
• Strong administrative and IT skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in reception or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties for reception and medical room; answer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with teaching and support staff.
