Job summary

Fullbrook is seeking a dedicated progress mentor to join the learning support team and help students reach their potential each day. You will work closely with pupils, delivering targeted interventions and providing practical support to those with communication, cognition and learning needs.

In this role you will liaise with teaching staff, contribute to whole-school behaviour policies, and support a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning support for students with communication or learning needs.
• Ability to deliver small-group or 1:1 interventions.
• Understanding of school behaviour policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interventions to small groups or individual students
• Liaise with teaching staff about the needs and support of specific students
• Support and implement the whole school policies relating to behaviour
