Fullbrook School in Addlestone near West Byfleet is seeking a Progress Mentor to support students within the learning support department. You will deliver targeted interventions and work closely with staff to help students realise their potential.

We are seeking to appoint a progress mentor to work within the learning support department supporting our students. You will be part of an amazing team with a deep commitment to delivering excellent results and helping students achieve their potential.The role provides practical and specialised support for students who have communication, cognition and learning; behavioural, emotional and social; or physical/sensory difficulties.Main duties include:• Planning and delivering interventions to small groups or individual students• Liaising with teaching staff about the needs and support of specific students• Supporting and implementing the whole school policies relating to behaviour.Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in April 2026 as “Expected Standard” in all categories.
