Job summary

West Nottinghamshire College Group is seeking an energetic Achievement Coach to coordinate, monitor and support a cohort of learners throughout their learning journey, ensuring examination arrangements are completed in partnership with exams teams and staff.

You will deliver non-academic and skills development support, build learner resilience, and work across Construction Crafts to promote progression, with formal half-termly reviews and proactive intervention when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting learners in a college or school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support a cohort of learners throughout their learning journey.
• Work with exams team to ensure examination arrangements are completed accurately.
• Develop individualised timetables and personal plans to facilitate progression.
• Deliver non-academic and skills development support to learners.
• Lead group sessions, build learner resilience and promote progression across Construction Crafts.
• Conduct half-termly formal reviews and initiate proactive interventions when learners are off track.
