Vision West Nottinghamshire College is seeking an Achievement Coach (term time only) to co-ordinate and support learners across Construction Crafts. The role includes organising individual timetables, guiding learners through personal plans and promoting learner progression within a college environment.

You will collaborate with staff to review learner progress, deliver group sessions, and provide non-academic support to help learners achieve their full potential while embedding the college

• Coordinate and monitor a cohort of learners throughout their learning journey.
• Support learners with non-academic and skills development to aid progression.
• Work with exams teams to ensure examination arrangements are completed accurately.
