Job summary

University of Warwick is seeking an organised administrator to provide comprehensive support for undergraduate programmes within the School of Engineering. The role covers recruitment through graduation, with responsibilities across Welcome Week, enrolment, graduation events and student communications.

A fixed full-time post with flexibility for part-time at 0.8 FTE is offered, with the majority of time on campus.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an administrative role within Higher Education.
• Ability to deliver a varied workload to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills to manipulate and present data and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for undergraduate programmes within the School of Engineering.
• Support Welcome Week, enrolment, graduation and student events.
• Serve as initial point of contact for student administration and routine tasks.
• Assist with production of student communications and publicity.
• Contribute to 80% on-campus presence during peak periods.
