Job summary

Organon is seeking a motivated student for a 12-month placement in our Technical Operations team. You will support the manufacture and packaging of solid dose oral products and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative pharmaceutical environment.

You will develop skills in process improvements, validations, sampling, equipment performance reviews, and supplier change assessments while contributing to product quality and compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths).
  • You will be completing a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course afterwards.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Complete and record GMP training; perform duties in line with training and procedures.
  • Report any GMP violations or concerns affecting product safety or quality.

Are you ready to put your studies into practice and make a meaningful contribution from day one? During your twelve-month placement, you will join our Technical Operations team, supporting the manufacture and packaging of solid dose oral products.
