Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with a range of IT packages and systems and working in a customer-focused environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and staff with accessing and using library systems and platforms.
• Walk the library floor to encourage participation and promote positive behaviour.
• Support students in using learning resources and services available to aid their learning.
