Job summary

Chellaston Academy is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to ensure continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will supervise pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, maintain a positive learning environment and help students stay engaged and progress.

You will also support examinations, educational visits and departmental administration, contributing to the wider life of the school and upholding the values of Integrity, Care and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy school environment.
• Proactive approach, good ICT skills, flexibility, safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities
