Job summary

A University in London is seeking an Insight Analyst to join its Data Insight team. You will provide analysis and insight to support informed decision-making and improve student outcomes across the University.

You will work closely with Student Support and other student-facing services, focusing on understanding drivers of engagement, retention and success and translating questions into actionable analyses while creating Power BI reports to inform operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Analyse student lifecycle data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities impacting engagement and outcomes.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Student Support to improve interventions and student success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Analyse complex datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of student support initiatives and link activity to outcomes where possible.
