Job summary

The University of Exeter is hiring a Student Information Desk Advisor on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover a secondment until 31 July 2027. The role offers hybrid working with campus and home days.

You will lead the front desk team, supervise advisors, and deliver prompt, professional and integrated student service, supporting areas such as Fees and Funding, Graduation and Accommodation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• The ability to lead a team without supervision, managing performance and developing staff skills, expertise and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk advisors and assist SID Team Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional and integrated service across Fees and Funding, Graduation, Student Records, Accommodation and AccessAbility.
