Job summary

Aureus School, part of GLF Schools, is seeking a Student Inclusion Lead to join the Pastoral and Inclusion Team. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning and engagement, coordinating with SENDCo and colleagues to deliver timely, effective support.

The role requires school-based SEND experience, pastoral awareness, and a calm, resilient approach under pressure, with collaboration across agencies and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SEND or inclusion role.
• Ability to collaborate across SEND, pastoral and attendance teams.
• Strong pastoral background and resilience under pressure.
• Experience liaising with external agencies (e.g. EP, SALT, CAMHS).

Responsibilities

• Support students to overcome barriers to learning, attendance and engagement.
• Work with SENDCo and Pastoral and Inclusion Team to coordinate timely support.
• Track interventions and contribute to costed provision maps and SEND planning.
