Job summary

Aureus School in the United Kingdom seeks a Student Inclusion Lead to join the Inclusion Team. You will support students with SEND through in-class support, targeted interventions and coordinated tracking of provision across pastoral, attendance and SEND.

The role works with the SENDCo, Pastoral and Attendance teams to develop inclusion policy, review provision and build staff expertise in secondary SEND practice, contributing to ambitious outcomes and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar SEND or inclusion role.
• Ability to work across SEND, pastoral and attendance to deliver in-class support and interventions.
• Motivated, resilient and reliable under pressure.
• Inspires and motivates in challenging circumstances.
• Liaises with external agencies to coordinate assessments and provision.
• Maintains costed provision maps and SEND planning.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND through in-class support and targeted interventions.
