You will manage the check-in/check-out and room turnaround process, motivate your team, and drive our core values. The role offers a 40-hour work week, leadership responsibility, and support from a national network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
• Impeccable organisational abilities.
• Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a high-quality student living experience across sales, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and room turnaround processes from September.
• Support new students and handle customer or operational issues with clear communication.
• Work with a larger Homes for Students team and regional colleagues to drive success.
