University Partnerships Programme in Exeter is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a permanent part-time role, 25 hours per week from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is £16,930.65 per annum.

The role involves cleaning student accommodation areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and shared spaces, using standard cleaning equipment and following Health & Safety guidance. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Experience cleaning in a similar environment.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion to do an excellent job.
• Good conversational English and ability to follow Health & Safety guidance.
• Willingness to work at other sites and extra hours when required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean designated student accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Vacuum, spot clean, wash walls and furniture, clean windows and surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and manage rubbish from flats to bin stores.
• Liaise with residents and Residence Managers and UPP staff daily.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
