Job summary

Homes for Students is the UK's leading independent provider of student accommodation. We are recruiting a part-time Housekeeper to join our team at Aire property in Stoke-on-Trent, 22 hours per week.

You will clean common areas to a high standard to create a great first impression for visitors and support students in residence. You will perform planned and reactive cleaning across student buildings, kitchens, offices, and communal/toilet areas, replenish consumables, and contribute to our summer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to contribute to targets and deliver excellent results.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Flexible approach to work and colleagues.
• Willingness to undertake further training through operational requirements and personal staff development.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the property to a high standard.
• Carry out planned and reactive cleaning duties in student buildings, kitchens, offices, communal and toilet areas.
• Replenish consumables to a high standard of hygiene.
• Support summer turnaround by preparing for new intake.
