Job summary

Homes for Students Ltd is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for Lucas Studios in Birmingham. You will work 9:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, totaling 12 hours per week, ensuring all common areas are cleaned to a high standard and delivering a welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform planned and reactive cleaning across student buildings, kitchens, offices and toilets, replenish consumables, and support the summer turnover between intakes.

• Previous experience in a similar role in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to contribute to targets and deliver excellent results.
• Excellent communication and outstanding customer service.

• Ability to undertake manual work to a high standard.

Homes for Students is the UK's leading independent provider of student accommodation.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at our Lucas Studios property based in Birmingham working 12hours per week, 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday Wednesday & Friday. The role involves ensuring the common areas of the Property are cleaned to a high standard in order to provide a great first impression to our visitors and provide an excellent service to the students in residence.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive cleaning duties in student buildings located throughout the Property, student kitchen areas, offices, communal and toilet areas including replenishing consumables to a high standard of hygiene. You will play a key role in our summer turnaround time when we say goodbye to one intake of students and prepare for the next.
