Homes for Students is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for our Hardwick Campus in Cheltenham. The role covers cleaning common areas, kitchens and restrooms across the property and ensures a welcoming, hygienic environment for students in residence.

Responsibilities include planned and reactive cleaning, replenishing consumables, and supporting the summer turnaround between student intakes. We value reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail in a customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to contribute to targets and deliver excellent results.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective team member with a flexible approach to work and colleagues.
• Ability to undertake manual work to a high standard.
• Commitment to undergo further training through operational requirements and personal staff development.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas to a high standard to provide a great first impression.
• Carry out planned and reactive cleaning in student buildings across the Property.
• Clean student kitchen areas, offices, communal and toilet areas.
• Replenish consumables to a high standard of hygiene.
• Play a key role in summer turnaround by preparing for the next intake.
