Job summary

Weston College is seeking a Personal Development Tutor (term-time only) to inspire and guide students, helping them develop skills, confidence, and employability under the STEPS framework.

You will work 22 hours per week across 39 weeks, with Tue-Thu 7:30am–2:30pm and Fri 7:30am–10:00am. You’ll collaborate with curriculum and support staff to support learners’ next steps—university, apprenticeships, or skilled work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or adults in education or support settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group tutorials on digital wellbeing or related topics.
• Support learners with progression to university, apprenticeships, or work.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams and support staff to plan and deliver activities.
