Responsibilities

• Deliver group tutorial sessions on topics such as digital wellbeing.
• Deliver the College's STEPS framework: skills, topical points, engagement, progression and self-management.
• Build students' confidence, communication and employability skills.
• Explore real-world issues that matter to young people.
• Plan and support events, workshops and enrichment activities.
• Work with careers and employability coordinators to help learners move on to university, apprenticeships or skilled work.
• Help students secure work placements.
• Encourage learners to take ownership of their goals and future.
• Work with colleagues to plan new ways of developing learners' life skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with curriculum teams and support staff so every learner feels motivated, supported and ready for their next steps.
