Job summary

Nottingham Trent University is recruiting a Student Funding Manager to lead the Student Funding Team and support the Income Manager in delivering efficient, compliant processes across the funding function.

The role focuses on monitoring funding sources, managing debt and performance, and maintaining relationships with Student Finance England and other funding bodies while supporting a positive student experience. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the income or finance function of a large organisation, including debt management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Student Loans Company funding requirements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and efficiency of SLC and other funding sources.
• Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with established processes to support a positive student experience.
• Manage the account relationship with Student Finance England and other funding agencies.
