Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a capable administrator to oversee activities within the assigned area, supervise team members and provide guidance to stakeholders. You will maintain data accuracy, manage student records, and support reporting while adhering to data protection rules.

Role involves processing hardship funds and loan applications, assisting with events, and delivering projects within service level agreements. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with administration and data management in a complex environment.
• Strong attention to data quality and reporting requirements.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder guidance skills.
• Experience with financial processing and loan administration.
• Knowledge of US Loan Program regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer activities for the assigned area and coordinate the team.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to stakeholders.
• Maintain student data and related records to data protection standards.
• Assist with event planning, meetings and reporting requirements.
• Process Hardship Fund and loan applications in line with guidelines and budgets.
• Manage NSLDS enrolment reporting and US loan administration where applicable.
• Support delivery of projects and monitor activity within service level agreements.
