Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance to students regarding tuition fee funding, eligibility, and financial support.
• Review and verify funding evidence and maintain accurate records.
• Manage a portfolio of student finance cases from application through to resolution.
• Respond to student finance enquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data quality in all activities.
