Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Student Funding Officer to deliver a high-quality, student-centred service with in-person funding guidance and attendance at university promotional events.

You will administer discretionary funding, undergraduate bursaries and international student finance, liaising with staff and external stakeholders to ensure timely support and guidance for students across the university.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use professional judgement in handling complex funding enquiries.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person advice and guidance on funding options to students.
• Attend university promotional events to promote funding options and services.
• Administer discretionary funding and bursaries; liaise with staff and external stakeholders to ensure timely support.
