The University of Hertfordshire Students’ Union is seeking a Bar Manager for Elehouse on College Lane Campus in Hatfield. You will lead the bar operations, supervise student staff and ensure high standards of service, safety and compliance across daily openings and late-night events.

• Coordinate and deliver the Elehouse venue safely and professionally.
• Uphold licensing objectives and relevant legislation.
• Deliver an exceptional level of service to all venue users.
• Duty manage the venue and oversee events from open to close.
• Lead on recruitment, training and ongoing support of part-time staff.
• Manage stock and oversee POS operations.
