Education Training Collective in Stockton on Tees seeks a committed professional to lead student experience and wellbeing, ensuring learners feel safe, supported and included while removing barriers to learning.

You will manage the student financial support budget, act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee services across the group, and produce regular performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience of managing a budget (staffing and non-staffing) and producing reports.
• Experience managing financial support allocations for learners.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in student support and wellbeing.
• Experience as/with Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead or DSL.
• Ability to horizon scan and implement policy changes in education.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the Student Experience team.
• Oversee the student financial support budget in line with government guidelines.
• Lead safeguarding responsibilities across the group when required.
• Develop and deliver effective support services for learners.
• Produce regular reports on bursary and safeguarding performance.
