Job summary

City St George’s, University of London, is seeking an experienced Student Experience Manager to lead wellbeing, engagement and student experience services within the School. Reporting into School leadership, you will oversee specialist teams and collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing student support, wellbeing, engagement or student experience services.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion; student-centred service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Student Wellbeing, Student Engagement and Student Experience teams to ensure responsive, effective, student-centred services.
• Oversee wellbeing and engagement interventions, student voice activity, attendance and engagement monitoring, surveys and School-level reporting.
• Drive service improvements, manage complex student matters and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive student experience across the School.
