The Student Experience Team Member role in Durham joins a team focused on creating a safe, clean and inclusive setting where students can succeed. Working closely with housekeeping, facilities and caretaking colleagues, the postholder acts as a positive brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Core duties involve providing CARE — Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage — building relationships with residents, listening to their needs and signposting them to suitable support. The successful candidate responds promptly to feedback, resolving concerns or escalating where required, and follows all company policies.
