Job summary

Oldham College is seeking a committed Student Experience Officer to help deliver enrichment and personal development opportunities for its learners. You will collaborate with curriculum teams to design engaging activities that complement vocational studies and employability skills.

You will grow a diverse enrichment offer across sport, clubs, projects and life-skills, organise college-wide events, build partnerships with community organisations and employers, and use learner feedback and data to

Qualifications

Recent experience delivering enrichment or volunteering activities for young people.
Experience producing publicity materials and reports.
Knowledge of enrichment programmes within Study Programmes.
Familiarity with IT tools including Word, Excel and databases.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver an inclusive Enrichment and Personal Development programme for learners across the College.
Develop sector and faculty-based activity with curriculum teams to support employability skills.
Grow a diverse enrichment offer including sport, clubs, projects and life-skills activities.
Organise whole-College events such as guest speakers and exhibitions.
Build partnerships with community organisations and employers.
Use learner feedback and data to improve provision and participation.
Carry out duties in line with College policies, including safeguarding and equality commitments.
