Job summary

The Birmingham City University International College is seeking a College Services Officer to join a busy, student-focused team in the heart of Birmingham. You will play a pivotal role in front-line communications, student support, events, arrivals and accommodation coordination.

You will contribute to enrolment, academic enquiries and examination processes while maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic environment.
