Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester in Bath is seeking a Student Experience Advisor to help create a safe, welcoming student living environment. You will handle parcel deliveries, patrols, and front-of-house duties, with shifts that include 7:00am–3:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm on a 5 days on/2 days off rota.

The role requires excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Immediate start with commitment until September, offering full-time 37.5 hours or part-time 15 hours, with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Providing excellent front of house customer service.
• Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations.
