Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a Student Experience Coach to join our Student Support Services team. Based at Redditch and Bromsgrove campuses, the role is full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks) with a starting salary of £25,724 to £27,961, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will lead enrichment activities, support 16–18-year-old learners, and foster inclusion and wellbeing while collaborating with external partners to enhance the learner experience across campuses.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Level 2 literacy and numeracy are required.
• First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Organise enrichment, personal development and learner engagement activities.
• Coordinate student events, campaigns, conferences, Freshers' Fair and charity initiatives.
• Promote student leadership, learner voice, volunteering and community engagement.
• Support safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, careers and personal development strategies.
• Represent student needs at events and open days.
