Job summary

North Kent Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Enrichment & Engagement Officer to develop, coordinate and deliver an inclusive enrichment programme across our colleges. This role aims to build confidence, employability and life skills, while encouraging students to get involved and reach their potential.

Qualifications

Experience working with young people in education, youth, community or similar settings.
Experience planning and delivering activities, events or programmes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an enrichment programme across colleges.
Create opportunities that build confidence, resilience and employability.
Work with curriculum and support teams to expand enrichment.
Engage students through activities, volunteering and events.
Listen to student feedback to improve participation and the enrichment offer.
Build partnerships with employers, charities and community organisations.
Promote the College’s Enrichment brand and encourage student involvement.
Support College events ensuring activities are safe, inclusive and accessible.
