Job summary

The City of Liverpool College is seeking an Enrichment Officer to develop and deliver a comprehensive student-led enrichment programme. You will work with the Students' Union, staff and external partners to offer clubs, volunteering, enterprise activities, trips and cultural events, while promoting wellbeing and belonging within the college community.

The role focuses on increasing participation, supporting student leadership, and delivering enterprise and employability activities that enhance

Qualifications

Educated to Level 4 (e.g. Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy, or willingness to achieve.
Experience of planning, coordinating and delivering enrichment activities, projects, events or programmes.
Experience of working with young people within an educational or student engagement setting.

Responsibilities

Support the Students' Union in delivering a high-quality programme of extra-curricular activities.
Plan, coordinate and deliver a varied programme of clubs, volunteering, trips, and cultural events.
Ensure students are actively involved in planning and evaluation of enrichment activities.
Promote participation and engagement across all student groups, ensuring inclusivity.
