Job summary

North Kent Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Enrichment & Engagement Officer to develop and deliver an inclusive enrichment programme across our colleges. The role aims to build confidence, employability and life skills while encouraging student involvement and connection.

You will work with curriculum and support teams to broaden enrichment offerings, engage students through sport, volunteering and events, and ensure activities are safe and accessible for all learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or students in education, youth, community or similar settings.
• Experience planning and delivering activities, events or programmes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with students and partners.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic individual with experience of working with young people or students in an education, youth, community or similar setting, and experience of planning and delivering activities, events or programmes. You’ll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and external partners. You’ll be flexible, hands‑on and solutions‑focused, with a genuine commitment to inclusion, student voice and personal development. You’ll also have Level 2 English and Maths (Grade 5 or above) and a First Aid at Work qualification or be willing to undertake First Aid training.
