Job summary

Walsall College is recruiting a Student Enrichment Assistant to join our team. This term-time only, student-facing role supports enrichment activities, events and workshops across our campuses, and engages with students to gather ideas and feedback to shape opportunities.

The post offers strong staff development, access to campus facilities, and involvement in programmes like health and wellbeing initiatives, with DBS checks and safeguarding standards expected.

We are recruiting a Student Enrichment Assistant to join our team at Walsall College. This permanent, student-facing role is an opportunity to help make college life more engaging for young people, adults and apprentices.You will support enrichment activities, events and workshops across our campuses, speak with students to gather their ideas and help develop opportunities based on their feedback.
