Job summary

NELO Education is seeking a Partnerships & Student Engagement Coordinator to support university relationships, course information and prospective student engagement. You will work with admissions, marketing and content teams to ensure accurate information and engaging content for students.

The role focuses on coordinating partnerships, communicating with universities, and creating student-facing content across videos, podcasts and social media.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions, or a related role.
• Good understanding of the international student journey and information needs.
• Confident communication with universities, partners, and prospective students (email, phone, video, in person).
• Strong research and admin skills for checking course information, deadlines, and entry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support partnership activity, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.
• Communicate with universities to obtain course deadlines, admission criteria, and tuition details.
• Review and check course information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain partnership records and contact details.
• Assist with arranging partner meetings, campus visits, webinars, and podcasts.
• Engage prospective applicants and guide them through the next steps in the journey.
• Respond to student enquiries with accurate information and escalate to relevant teams as needed.
