NELFT is seeking 6 highly motivated qualified nurses interested in undertaking the Community Nursing Specialist Practitioner qualification (DNSPQ) in September 2025. You will be offered a fixed-term contract with NELFT to undertake a one-year full-time course, jointly with London South Bank University.

Main Responsibilities: The Specialist Community Practitioner Sponsorship Student role is developmental, building on existing knowledge and skills to achieve a higher practice level, resulting in an academic qualification and a recordable/recognised qualification with the NMC.
Starting with NELFT: New starters will join on the first Monday of each month, undergoing a comprehensive two-week induction including mandatory training, systems training, and equipment allocation. They will also meet senior management and participate in engagement and wellbeing sessions at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
Probationary Period: This post is subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt unless they are currently in a probation or bank staff.
High Cost Area Supplement: An additional 15% of the basic salary (minimum £4,551, maximum £5,735) is payable.
