Job summary

Darlington County School District is seeking a Student Data Manager for the Darlington County Intervention School. This 205-day position supports data collection, reporting, and student records management for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include data gathering, input, and analysis, attendance tracking, and responding to inquiries from students, parents, staff, and state/federal agencies. Strong typing and computer experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong typing skills required.
• One (1) year computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and input data; generate reports; prepare and process a variety of documents and records; maintain student records in designated software application; track student data and programs; maintain accurate attendance records; respond to inquiries from students, parents, district staff and state/federal systems.
• Perform general office duties (e.g. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, maintaining office machines) necessary for efficient school office operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
