Job summary

Darlington County School District is seeking a Coordinator of Educator Support & Effectiveness to oversee teacher evaluation and ADEPT processes. The role ensures alignment with state and district policies, provides guidance to administrators, and protects confidentiality of personnel information.

Under limited supervision, you will support development and monitoring of teacher and staff improvement plans, coordinate data entry into SC Lead, and report history to the SCDE annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or equivalent.
• Experience in school administration preferred.
• Knowledge of ADEPT and SLO processes.
• Ability to manage confidential personnel information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ADEPT program per state regulations.
• Supervise district's teacher evaluation process.
• Coordinate data entry into SC Lead.
• Prepare orientations for teachers undergoing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor teacher support and improvement plans.
• Report ADEPT history to SCDE annually.
• Communicate with supervisors and staff about ADEPT processes.
