Kingston University is seeking a capable administrator to manage a busy caseload across student casework, including mitigating circumstances and conduct cases. You will advise staff and students, and contribute to training, policy research, and policy development across the university.

The role focuses on developing expertise in student casework, supporting academic and professional staff, and engaging in pan-university enhancement projects. A strong HE administration background is essential.

Formación

• Strong foundation in student administration in higher education (HE).
• Experience in supporting and advising on student casework including mitigating circumstances, misconduct, and complaints.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active and busy caseload relating to student casework.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to academic and professional staff as well as to students.
• Design and deliver training and guidance materials and contribute to policy development.
