Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a Careers Adviser to deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to students across Strodes' College and Windsor College on a permanent, term-time basis. The role covers 39 weeks in the academic year with a pay band of £26,252.93–£28,633.35 (FTE £29,987–£32,706), depending on qualifications and experience.

Level 6 preferred; Level 4 considered with relevant experience and commitment to development.

Qualifications

• Deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to students.
• Experience delivering IAG through workshops, drop-ins, and online support.
• Commitment to continuing professional development in guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to students through workshops, drop-ins, one-to-one appointments and online support.
• Manage mainstream transition programmes and contribute to external audits/inspections (Matrix and Ofsted).
• Track and report student destinations and progression outcomes.
