Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Careers Adviser to support students across Strodes’ College and Windsor College on a permanent, term-time basis. The role covers 39 weeks in the academic year, with a salary band around £26,253–£28,633 (pro rata for term-time) depending on qualifications and experience.

The post holder will deliver impartial information, advice and guidance, help students identify progression routes, and contribute to UCAS processes, staff CPD, and employability

Qualifications

  • Impartial information, advice and guidance to students across multiple delivery channels.
  • Delivery of careers information to support progression planning.
  • Experience supporting UCAS applications, interviews and student finance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to students.
  • Lead careers-related events and activities across the College.
  • Support UCAS process including applications and interviews.
  • Track and report student destinations and progression outcomes.
  • Collaborate with curriculum departments and careers team.
