Royal Wootton Bassett Academy is seeking a motivated Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant to provide lunchtime supervision for students. You will help maintain welfare and safety during lunch periods and supervise pupils in line with School procedures, working as part of the premises team.
The role is permanent, part-time and term-time (39 weeks), with hours 10.35am–10.55am and 12.45pm–13.35pm, and a salary of £24,796 per annum. Closing date 20 September 2026; start date as soon as possible.
Salary: NJC Grade C3 - £24,796 per annum / £12.85 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part Time and Term Time only (39 weeks)
Monday to Friday: 10.35am to 10.55am and 12.45pm to 13.35pm

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to provide lunchtime supervision to all students who has a positive and proactive approach to work, to join our friendly team here at Royal Wootton Bassett Academy.
You will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of the students during lunch times is maintained, to supervise the students, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school.
The successful candidate will have current or previous experience in a similar role and be able to use their initiative to work independently, as well as part of the wider premises team.
